POTO Headband with Applique from the actual show

This is a one of a kind, handmade headband with an authentic rosette and lace appliqué with jacquard ribbon from the Broadway production of "The Phantom of the Opera." The piece was part of one of the ballerina costumes in the Sylvan Glade Ballet during during "Il Muto." It is attached to a metal headband covered in green satin ribbon.
